This week, we are going to look at a common error with ‘recommend’ and ‘propose’ to avoid in your writing.
These errors are very common in Taiwan.
Task 1: Study the error box.
Notes:
*Never use ‘recommend s/o to V’. It’s wrong.
*Never use ‘propose s/o to V’. It’s wrong.
*Don’t use ‘can’, ‘should’ or ‘must’ after ‘recommend’ or ‘propose’.
*Just use present simple in the second clause.
