Useful Tips
在協助學生排解軟硬體困難時，最重要的是要使用明確的語言。比方說，要請學生查看是否有看到某個按紐，避免模糊地說 “Do you see an icon there?”「你有沒看到一個按鍵？」，而應明確地說：“Do you see a blue icon in the upper right corner?”「你在右上角有沒有看到一個藍色的按鍵？」，如此便可讓學生更有效率地操作。
