I think ◯◯’s greatest strength is that she has a good sense for numbers, particularly her grasp of the logic and context of cost analysis. She understands what the salient issues are which allows for in-depth and efficient discussions. She is good at following up on project progress and completes the tasks assigned by customers independently. ◯◯ is highly sensitive to information, capable of dealing with high-maintenance customers and emergencies, and responds to risks immediately with feasible solutions.
This industry is changing rapidly and she can immediately provide customers with feedback or improved plans. She has an international perspective and can productively join overseas business trips and meet with clients worldwide. She is very responsible, positive, and stable, which allows her to elegantly lead the PM team in this company.

2020 年她所負責的專案全數產品已經順利交貨組裝廠，今年是她領導、統籌、協調能力都有卓越提升的一年，在她帶領下的業務團隊相互配合融洽且懂得兼顧每位組員穩定學習與成長。能適時的發現衝突進而協調，妥善發揮溝通能力應用於與主管、跨部門、工廠到集團總裁的交涉及設法成功的爭取並使用資源。此外，她也重視自身學習安排及進修機會，主動利用假日時間研究大數據 VBA 分析、Power BI，並將學習到的技能發揮在工作上的表格簡報整理及業務分析。
In 2020, all parts of the project she is responsible for have been delivered to the FATP smoothly. This year marked an outstanding improvement in her leadership as well as her overall planning and coordination capabilities. The PM team under her leadership cooperates harmoniously with each other and she knows how to take care of each team member to help them learn and grow.
She is able to identify and resolve conflicts in a timely way. Her communication skills are also evident in her interactions with supervisors, internal-departments, factories, and the group president, and she has been particularly successful in obtaining needed resources. In addition, she is always learning and uses her holiday time to study topics such as big data VBA analysis and Power BI, adeptly applying the skills she learns to perform business analysis and organize presentations at work.

記得在 2018 年時她負責的其一專案將公司推上到另一個新進製程領域，協助公司成為此新領域的 Apple 合格供應商之規劃能力及領導潛力令人印象深刻。在極短時間內帶領團隊將產品生成並通過繁雜龐大的多方驗證並不容易，驗證失敗期間屢次需要重整團隊並在短時間重新來過，如何以正能量安撫、鼓勵團隊的低氣壓的表現實獲公司同仁專業的肯定。
I remember that in 2018 one of the projects she was responsible for took the company up a notch. It was due to her impressive planning ability and leadership that the company became a qualified Apple supplier in a new field. It was not easy to lead the team to manufacture the needed part and complete the complex verification process in a very short time. Whenever there was a verification failure, the team needed to restart the development again. Our company’s colleagues praise her ability to use positive energy to appease and encourage the team, and ultimately that was what allowed the part to be successfully produced.
除了上述他積極、正向、富有責任感外，◯◯同時是會想辦法改善流程以及設計各式標準化紀錄表讓業務同仁可以快速上手以及進行效率性追蹤作業的人。
Apart from being positive and responsible, ◯◯ is a person who will find ways to improve processes, for example designing standardized record sheets so that other team members can quickly get started and perform efficient tracking operations.
