When you joined the company last month, I talked to you. I told you then. My contact window at Jonson & Ronson have just informed me. It seems you told her some confidential information regarding their main competitor, G&P. Apparently, you told G&P’s current strategy to J&R. I have talked about this case with Malcolm, and he agrees with me.
I’m afraid we have no choice but to give you an official warning and to take you off J&R until this matter is resolved. I would be grateful if you could prepare a letter of explanation by the end of this week. Please could you also return all your J&R files before you leave the office at the end of today.

You may have found that email from last week rather strange! Indeed it is quite strange because some of the phrases I asked you to insert contain information which is quite important for a full understanding of the message. Without these phrases, the message is rather incomplete and difficult to understand. Do the next task to help you check your answers to this task.

I hope you can see that the second email contains more information which is essential for the message, making it much easier to understand the email. Notice how the added phrases from are used.
