很簡單，請看以下的解釋： 

對於「有 positive 涵義的句子」表達同意

A: Coco likes singing in English.

B: I do too. Me too. So do I. 


對於「有 negative 涵義的句子」表達同意

A: Coco doesn’t like smoking.

B: I don’t like smoking either. Neither do I. Me neither. 


因為 I can’t wait to eat lunch 有表示否定的 "can’t"，所以 "Me neither" 是正確的。但是老實說，在這個情況如果聽到有人說出不太合邏輯的 "Me too"，我也不會覺得奇怪。（有可能是因為很常聽到這種說法，也有可能是因為很難把吃午餐想成是一件 negative 的事！）

如果你們還覺得頭痛困惑，也可考慮比較懶惰的說法：same here。
無論原句是 positive 或 negative，都可以用 same here 答覆。

例如：

A: I’m not in a hurry. I can wait.

B: Same here.

A: I can’t wait to eat lunch with Gil.

B: Same here.
