沒關係 Responding to an Apology
Making and responding to apologies is such an ingrained part of social functioning that most such exchanges are entirely predictable. If someone accidentally bumps into you on the MRT, the ensuing conversation is likely to engage both parties’ subconscious linguistic autopilot:

Of course, not all situations are so insignificant. Below are some different strategies you can use to handle a wide variety of circumstances, from the most trivial to the most important. 當然，並非所有情況都如此微不足道。以下是一些可以用來處理各種情況的不同策略，從最瑣碎的到最重要的。 ＜問題在於你，你可以說＞
A：Oh, sorry!
B：不，那完全是我的錯。 No, it was my mistake.
No, that’s definitely on me.
No, that was totally my fault.

No harm done. 不要緊。

No need to apologize. / Don’t apologize. 不需要道歉。
It’s cool. (casual) 沒事啦。
