引言是以描述背景的句子來開頭。
「背景句 (background)」重複使用題目裡的字彙，但卻不是整個題目照抄。
「平衡句 (balancing)」，也就是提出另一個與題目和背景句相反的可能看法。

請留意 in recent years 此片語，其中必須使用現在完成式，而非不可使用現在簡單式或過去簡單式。例如：
In recent years, there has been a drop in the birth rate in my country.
近年來，我國生育率有所下降。
