根據字典，隨和的人既放鬆、不拘形式又善於容忍。「容易說上話」的人則是容易接近，並願意聽人說話，但不一定隨和。好的經理可以很容易說上話（他們想要聽取大家的建議），但卻不怎麼隨和（他們要求大家必須把工作準時做好）。
